  8. These are textual errors, but it makes me question what -other- errors
  9. there might be.  Is the code listed reliable?  Are the suggested
  10. parameters and other pieces of information correct?

  13. No, the code is not correct.  The assembly binding for Frename pushes
  14. a 0 on the stack instead of 86.  I believe this will terminate your
  15. program as opcode 0 is Pterm0() isn't it?  Yep, it is.

  17. Also evnt_multi is MISSING a parameter - the number of times the mouse
  18. entered a the state (number of clicks!)  I'll overlook the fact that
  19. it doesn't mention the alternate binding that uses a single long instead
  20. of 2 shorts for the timeout.

  22. There are numerous others.  Ahh .. wind_set does not have the iconify 
  23. options mentioned at all.  wind_get has them listed, but not wind_set.
  24. There is some info missing.  And the mouse forms for M_LAST and
  25. M_RESTORE are mixed up.  The text says that M_LAST restores the LAST
  26. *SAVED* state of the mouse, and M_RESTORE restores the previous, or last,
  27. state of the mouse -- isn't that backwards?

  29. There are other problems.  You'd think after all this time that the
  30. idea of waiting for reverse mouse button event would be documented.
  31. evnt_multi barely mentions anything, other than see evnt_button,
  32. and evnt_button doesn't mention reverse events.

  37. The binding is a nightmare, too...  :)  I suppose this is a good feature
  38. for most people, but the way that the binding folds out backward makes
  39. it hard to hold the book in my hand.  Or is the cover and the binding
  40. supposed to remain firmly together, like a paperback or a hardcover
  41. book?

  44. Folding it back on itself will actually ruin it.  Mine will fall apart
  45. very soon - is the upgrade book better bound?  Or should we just buy
  46. a new book when the old one falls apart?
